1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website safarooh.shop, or by booking any package with Safar Ar Rooh, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and booked pilgrims.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment
• Package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing
• A minimum deposit (as communicated at time of booking) is required to secure your place
• Full payment must be received by the deadline communicated by our team
• Prices do not include personal expenses, excess baggage, travel insurance, or items not specified in the package

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellations by Pilgrim

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus non-recoverable expenses (visa fees, airline charges)
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund minus non-recoverable expenses
• 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund — full amount forfeited

3.2 Cancellations by Safar Ar Rooh

In the rare event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (government restrictions, Saudi Ministry decisions, acts of God), we will offer a full refund of recoverable amounts or rebooking at no extra cost.

4. Pilgrim Responsibilities

• Providing accurate personal information for visa applications
• Obtaining a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity
• Fulfilling all meningitis vaccination requirements
• Women under 45 must travel with a Mahram (male guardian) per Saudi regulations
• Following all group guidelines and respecting other pilgrims
• Carrying all required travel documents throughout the journey

5. Our Responsibilities

• Providing the services as described in the confirmed package
• Processing visa applications on your behalf with information provided
• Arranging accommodation and transport as specified
• Providing spiritual guidance throughout the journey
• Offering 24/7 on-ground support in Saudi Arabia

6. Limitations of Liability

• We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by airlines
• We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings
• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific package
• We are not liable for decisions made by Saudi Arabian authorities regarding visa approvals or Hajj quota

7. Website Use

• All content on safarooh.shop is for informational purposes
• You must not misuse our enquiry forms, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt our services
• All intellectual property on this website belongs to Safar Ar Rooh
• You may not copy or reproduce our content without written permission

8. Advertising

9. Governing Law
